Miguel Isla is the CEO and Partner of Nomade People. Miguel has more than 15 years of experience in the industry, collaborating in different functions with multiple hotel investment and operating companies. During his early career he worked in hotel operations for more than 6 years, mostly focused on the luxury segment. Furthermore, he has worked alongside numerous investment banking firms and private equity companies structuring more than $3bn in hospitality real estate deal. His academic background includes Bachelor’s degree with honors in Hospitality Management from École Hôtelière de Lausanne, a certification in Financial Analysis & Risk Management from Yale University as well as a certification in Real Estate Investment and Analysis from Cornell University.
